Neuroscience Community Site

Hello team,

I would like to request the creation of three Community Sites in Moodle for the following disciplines:

  1. Neuroscience – Community Site

  2. Biomedical Science – Community Site

  3. Nutrition & Health Science – Community Site

These community sites will be used as central hubs for students, providing shared resources, announcements, and discussion spaces that sit outside individual unit sites.

Enrolment Requirements

  • All students enrolled in units within each discipline should be enrolled in the corresponding community site.

  • Enrolment should be automatic and ongoing, updating as students add or drop units.

  • If possible, this can be achieved via:

    • cohort-based enrolments, or

    • another bulk/automated enrolment method normally used for community sites.

Please advise if any additional information is required to enable automated enrolments.
