- Understand the principles of investigations for AAA
- Identify the indication and contraindications to having abdominal aortic aneurysm surgery
- Identify the difficulties and complications with performing abdominal aortic aneurysm surgery
- Gauge current health status of patient by performing a focused but thorough examination
- Identify imaging modalities and appropriate further investigations prior to abdominal aortic aneurysm surgery.
