Presented to GP with a four-month history of persistent cough and increasing dyspnoea. The patient has also noticed pain in his right shoulder, weakness in his right hand and his family reported a droopy eye on the same side. Now awaiting semi-urgent but elective bronchoscopy at Armidale Hospital under the surgical team.
