Mother and father are both alive and living in a local aged care facility. Mother has dementia and father has severe COPD. Younger brother died in an MVA two years ago, older sister is currently undergoing treatment for breast cancer. |

Patient lives with his wife in Armidale. He is a farrier, and has run a small business for 20 years. They have no children. Has a 60 pack per year smoking history and still smokes 1.5 packs a day. Has about 8-10 schooners of beer a week. |
