Oliver was brought into the Armidale Hospital ED by his mother after falling off some play equipment. He was running along a platform roughly 50cm above the bark chip-covered ground. He tripped, fell off the platform onto outstretched hands, screamed after he hit the ground and is now cradling his right arm. He has since been avoiding using his right arm, cradling it and not allowing anyone to have a look. He has been very teary since the incident and is complaining that, “it really hurts”. His mother drove him straight to the Emergency Department for an assessment. |
