Patient has undergone a total thyroidectomy previous afternoon. She had a goitre for 1 year and was symptomatic for last 3 months. The thyrotoxic features had subsided with antithyroid Rx prior to surgery. |

Moderate alcohol on weekends only. A radiographer by profession. Lives with partner. 2 children, a nurse and a teacher |
