Mother has T2DM. Father has had a stroke, which left him with severe deficits. Siblings and children are all well.

SHx

Patient lives with her husband and their three children (10, 6, 4) in Armidale. She works as an accountant and helps her husband run a small surveying business.

She is a non-smoker and only drinks alcohol socially. Her diet is poor and physical activity limited which she attributes to her busy lifestyle.
