These recordings are subsequently made available on the Learning Management System (LMS) for students to download at their convenience, ensuring access to valuable learning materials when and where they are needed.

Your personal information (such as your image/face and displayed name) is collected during these online tutorials. Students should assume that all online tutorial sessions will be recorded for this sole purpose of providing downloadable videos.

If you wish to avoid having your personal information captured in a recording, you can:

1.      Change your displayed name to an alias or a non-identifying label before or upon joining the tutorial.

2.      Keep your video camera turned off throughout the tutorial.

Your lecturer will remind you at the beginning of each online tutorial that recording is taking place and that these opt-out options are available.
