Grounded Theory
Grounded Theory
Introduction
Arguably you could say there are 5 main types/movements in Grounded Theory and innumerable variations.
- Original Grounded Theory (Barney Glaser and Anselm Strauss, 1967).
- Glaserian Grounded Theory (Glaser)
- Straussian Grounded Theory (Strauss and Corbin)
- Hybrid version(s) (many manifestations)
- Constructivist Grounded Theory (Charmaz, 2006).
