Terms and Conditions of use:
- All copyright, trade marks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) of the videos belong to the University of New England (UNE). UNE reserves all of its rights to the videos. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions grants you a right or licence to use any trade mark, design right or copyright owned or controlled by UNE or any other third party.
- The use of the videos is for study purposes at UNE only and will not be downloaded for personal use. The videos will be stored at UNE only.
- Any information regarding students or teachers in the videos is to remain strictly confidential. Using the contents of the video in discussions as part of units contained within the School of Education is not considered to be a breach of this condition.
- No personal information will be provided in relation to participants involved in the videos.
- No information from observation of the videos will be discussed with any person not enrolled in a UNE School of Education unit in which the videos are used.
- The UNE School of Education reserves the right to refuse access to the videos to any person who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- A breach of these Terms and Conditions by UNE students will constitute grounds for disciplinary action under the University’s relevant Rules and Policies.
- UNE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
