UNE provides a range of services to meet your needs and ensure your success whilst studying including:
Counselling & Psychological Services (CAPS) The UNE CAPS team are professionally qualified and registered psychologists, who offer support no matter the stage of your student journey. UNE Urgent Mental Health Support Line call 1300 661 927 or text 0488 884 169. This service provides support for students with urgent mental health matters and is available 24/7 Student Accessibility & Wellbeing Office (SAWO) This service provides advice and Study Access Plans (SAPs) for students living with learning difficulties, long-term illness, injuries, disability, students who are carers, survivors of domestic violence, rural and remote students, and incarcerated students. We also support students on permanent humanitarian visas, and students who are members of the defence force and emergency services, and elite athletes. TalkCampus TalkCampus is an online phone application accessible to all UNE students, and connects you across a global community, providing support anytime of the day, anywhere. The doctors at the University Medical Centre, are assisted by a qualified registered nurses and together they provide a clinical service to UNE students, staff, and the broader community.

Fees apply for assessments. UNE Student Grievance Unit This unit manages complaints, compliments and feedback from students, with access to complaints form, and a 24/7 anonymous complaints via Grapevine.
