Enrolment options

This training is for UNE higher degree students and supervisors who, as part of their research or supervision, anticipate working with Indigenous communities, engaging with Indigenous knowledges in various forms, or investigating Indigenous issues. The following topics will be covered: 

  • Module 1: Historical context for Indigenous research and ethics
  • Module 2: Research with Indigenous communities and knowledge
  • Module 3: Ethical guidleines and cultural protocols
  • Module 4: Supervisory role in understanding Indigenous research and ethics
