Preparing for Session 1

Students should:

1. List important differential diagnosis of a patient who has presented with intermittent claudication
2. Identify the aetiology of peripheral vascular disease
3. Gauge current health status of patient by performing a focused but thorough examination
4. Identify appropriate investigation to evaluate claudication.
