HPC

The patient had his biopsy and is awaiting the histopathology results, which are available this morning. He has had some visible haematuria after the biopsy. He has supra-pubic discomfort with a palpable and tender bladder; his post void residual on bladder scan was significant. A catheter is currently in situ draining blood stained urine.
