Patient Details

The patient was diagnosed with a right posterior hip dislocation, a closed mid shaft left femur fracture and a left Weber C distal fibular fracture. He remains in ED and awaiting to be taken to the theatre to manage his dislocations and fractures. He is given a femoral nerve block to alleviate pain. He is requiring a secondary survey. Now that the leg pain in under control, he is quite aware of left sided chest pain.
