HPC

The patient has had biopsy and is awaiting the histopathology results, which is available this morning. The patient has a renal cell carcinoma. His CXR has been reviewed, it demonstrates ring lesions, and this indicates metastatic disease. There was no metastatic disease indicated on lumbar spine imaging.
