1. What was your initial impression of the patient?
2. Does the patient seem otherwise healthy?
3. What features are suggestive of a musculoskeletal cause of back pain?
4. What were the main concerns of the patient? How do you explain and reassure?
5. What key points were essential for the case presentation to consultant / registrar?
