Preparing for Session 1

Students should:

1. Demonstrate the skills required in diagnosing fractures
2. Identify the health status of the patient from history and examination  
3. Identify and describe neck of femur fractures using x-rays
4. Identify complications associated with neck of femur fractures
5. Demonstrate the basic principles of management of neck of femur fractures.
