The UNE IT Service Desk provides limited technical support by email or ServiceNow (no phone) between Christmas and New Year. If you log a request via the self-service portal https://une.service-now.com or by email to servicedesk@une.edu.au, an IT staff member will respond to any URGENT / TIME CRITICAL request within a day (excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day).
Normal support hours will resume on Tuesday, 2nd January.
