IT SUPPORT
IT support will be available in Dixson Library during normal Trimester 3 Library opening hours. During the official UNE closing period (Tuesday 24th December – Wednesday 1st January) there will be no IT Help through the Service Desk, however Service Now will be available online for students to log their issues and these will be attended to when staff are back on campus on the 2nd January 2014. Students can access Service Now by clicking on the Request IT Help logo on any of the IT Services webpages.
There will be a minor outage for maintenance on the 16th November 2013. This will not affect student email or Moodle. A major outage is scheduled for 21st and 22nd December 2013 that may affect all services. Another maintenance outage is scheduled for 18th January 2014.

STUDENT CENTRAL
Students should contact Student Central for all enquiries related to their studies including admission and enrolment. Student Central will be closed from Wednesday 25th December to Wednesday 1st January 2014 (inclusive). Student Central will be contactable again from January 2nd 2014.
